Data collected using Walton's Quality of Work Life Questionnaires (1981), Galavandi & Ashrafi Salimkandi's Organizational Trauma Questionnaires (2019), and Lee's Job Boredom Scale (1986). Multiple regression analysis used to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that organizational trauma and job boredom were able to predict the quality of work life (p<0.05) and explained 38/9 % of the variance of the quality of work life.
