Examining the Relationship between Trust, Participatory Psychological Safety, and Team Reflexivity with Workplace Creativity: The Mediating Role of Intrinsic Motivation
A B S T R A C T employees of an industrial unit, from which a sample of 200 individuals was selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through the Group Climate Questionnaire by Anderson and West (1998), the Team Reflexivity Questionnaire by Carter and West (1998), the Intrinsic Motivation Inventory by Amabile (1996), and the Employee Creativity Scale by Zhou and George (2001). Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 software. The findings indicated that the direct path from team reflexivity to organizational creativity was not statistically significant; however, after eliminating non-significant paths, the modified model demonstrated satisfactory goodness-of-fit indices. Overall, the results highlight the crucial role of team-related variables and organizational climate in enhancing employee creativity. Strengthening trust and participatory safety can therefore provide a foundation for improving creativity in industrial work environments. ctory goodness-of-fit indices.
