Abstract

The present study aimed to investigate the Predicting Work Efferst Based on Teachers' Psychological Capital Psychological Empowerment in Miandoab city. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all Teachers in Miandoab city, from whom 200 people selected as samples using the available non-random sampling method. Data collected using the Brown & Leigh Work Efferst scale (1996), Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaires(PCQ) (2007), spreitzer, et al psychological empowerment Questionnaires (1997). To analyze the data, regression analysis used with the help of Spss22 software. The results showed that Psychological Capital and Psychological Empowerment were able to predict Work Efferst and they predicted more than 34% of the variance in Work Efferst. Therefore, it can be concluded that Psychological Capital and , Psychological Empowerment have a significant role in predicting Work Efferst, and the need to pay attention and consider strategies to strengthen these factors seems essential to increase the Work Efferst in Teachers.
