Investigating the Mediating Role of the Spirituality of the work environment in the Relationship Between Psychological Capital And Job Fatigue Of Fe-male Heads Of Households In Marvdasht City

Abstract

The present study was conducted for investigating the mediating role of work environment spirituality in the relationship between psychological capital and work fatigue using a descriptive method of correlation studies. The statistical population of the present study is all the female heads of households in Marvdasht city, according to the information received from the welfare organization of this city, there were 120 people, and from this population, 100 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method and based on Jesse and Morgan's table. Data collection tools included Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Milliman, et al. Work Spirituality Questionnaire (2000) and Vadanovich and Kass Job Fatigue Questionnaire (1998), whose validity was confirmed using face validity and their reliability based on the alpha coefficient, respectively. equal to 0. 79, 0. 85, and 0. 88 and it was acceptable. Descriptive statistics methods such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics methods such as Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to analyze the data. The results of multivariable (hierarchical) regression showed that spirituality in the work environment significantly mediates the relationship between psychological capital and job fatigue. Also, the results of the research indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between psychological capital and spirituality in the work environment, and there is also a significant and negative relationship between psychological capital and job fatigue and spirituality in the work environment and job fatigue.
