اثربخشی مشاورۀ گروهی شادمانی فوردایس بر فرسودگی شغلی بهورزان

چکیده

فرسودگی شغلی محصول فشار روانی طولانی‏مدت در محل کار است. علائم آن زمانی آشکار می‌گردد که توانایی‌های فرد برای تقاضاهای محیط کار کافی نباشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش شادمانی فوردایس بر فرسودگی شغلی بهورزان انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل با پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه بهورزان شهرستان کیار بود. نمونه آماری 28 نفر انتخاب شد که از این تعداد به تصادف 14 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 14 نفر در گروه کنترل جای گرفتند. پیش‌آزمون پرسش‌نامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش با سه خرده آزمون خستگی عاطفی، مسخ شخصیت و احساس موفقیت فرد اجرا و سپس 8 جلسۀ 60 دقیقه‌ای گروه آزمایش به صورت گروهی فعالیت کردند. جهت بررسی کاهش فرسودگی شغلی پس‌آزمون استفاده شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که تفاوت بین گروه کنترل و آزمایش در متغیر خستگی عاطفی (F=6/17, P<0/05) معنادار بود. چنین استنباط می‌شود که مشاوره گروهی به شیوه شادمانی فوردایس توانسته است به تعدیل خستگی عاطفی بهورزان بینجامد و تنها بر بعد فرسودگی اثر گذار بوده است. این مداخله بر مسخ شخصیت و افزایش کارایی اثری نگذاشته است.
